Rights of Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data

f) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7,

g) Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

h) Request the compensation of damages in case of damages arising from the illegal processing of personal data"
